A complete system: the robot that draws live, the software that runs the event and the AI that makes the caricature. It arrives assembled, you plug it in and ten minutes later it's working.

You Are Not Just Buying The Arm
You are not buying a robot on its own: you are buying the four pieces already wired together. The arm is included and the software has no fee, so $3,500 leaves you ready for your first event.
The robot that draws in front of the guest. It is the only piece you set up at the event: the portal and the AI are ready before the first guest arrives.
Your control desk: it opens in any browser and runs the event, the queue and the styles. Only PictiaX® Bridge is installed, on the PC that drives the arm.
It decides what gets drawn. It reads the photo the guest uploads from their own phone and turns the face into strokes, keeping the likeness in any style.
On paper, in the guest's hand, in about 60 seconds. And digitally: they always take both versions away, ready to share.
The arm, both bases, the software, the credit for your first portraits and the material to start working. This is what's inside the order.
The consumables and the parts you can add to the order. Paper and pens are the only things that get used up.

Paper in the weight the line needs, in the format of both bases.

Both bases come with the order. This one is for a second arm or as a spare.
Ask For A PriceBoth bases come with the order and swap over on the same mount in seconds. They hold the paper: the sizes your guest can choose from are set separately, and they're right below.
Portrait format. It's the one person portrait and the quickest to draw.
Landscape format. It fits a portrait of two people and has more drawing area.
They're ready and waiting in the portal. You check the ones you want at that event and the guest chooses from those: the job reaches the arm already set up for that size, without anyone touching a thing.
The drawing area is smaller than the paper because a margin is left at the bottom, and that margin changes with the size: it's where the logo or the campaign text goes.
The training lives inside the product and it isn't a PDF: ten short lessons inside the portal itself, with just what you need to start working. By the end you haven't watched how it's done, you've done it: your first event is built.
It stays in your account, so when someone new joins your team they work through it on their own.
Only the PICTICOINS. There's no subscription, no cloud fee and no separate support plan. If you don't work one month, that month you pay nothing.
from $0.12
per portrait
One PICTICOIN is one portrait, and the price drops with volume. The first 500 come included with the system.
Top up whenever you like and the balance never expires. If you don't work one month, that month you pay nothing. We quote you your own price based on your volume.
Three years covering your kit, wherever it is. That's three times what most of the industry offers, and it costs nothing extra: it's included in the price of the system.
One year is the norm with drawing robots, and some give no warranty at all on the software. Here it's three years from the day you receive the kit.
There's no extension to take out and no separate plan to pay for. It's in the $3,500 and that's that.
Wherever your kit is. Shipping terms are agreed country by country, and we tell you them before you buy.
We don't make you register the product or buy consumables from any particular brand to keep it valid.
It doesn't cover normal wear on consumables, such as pens and paper, or damage from knocks, damp or unauthorised tampering.
What everyone asks before buying. If something's missing, write to us and we'll tell you, no strings attached.
Contact SalesOne. The order includes the robot arm, its license, both bases and the first 500 portraits. The same license covers up to 6 arms, so if you need a second one, write to us and we'll send you terms.
It's the website you run everything from: the event, the queue, the styles, the gallery and the CRM. It opens on Windows, Mac, tablet or phone, with nothing to install.
You carry on working. Generating the portrait needs a connection, like any system that uses AI, but you don't depend on the venue's Wi-Fi: you can tether to your phone, and if the network drops for a moment the queue is saved and whatever is pending retries on its own when it comes back. No portrait is lost and nothing has to be started again.
Around 60 seconds, depending on the detail, the paper size and the speed you pick.
One PICTICOIN is one portrait, from $0.12, and the price drops with volume. The first 500 are included in the order.
No. The balance you buy stays there for as long as your account is active, with no time limit. If you have a quiet winter you don't lose the portraits you have left, and the 500 that come with the system don't expire either. What they can't do is turn back into money: since they never expire, you can always spend them later.
No. The software is included and it doesn't expire: open it whenever you like without paying a thing. The only thing you pay for is the PICTICOINS each portrait uses.
You set the price, based on your market and the type of event. At 100 portraits the PICTICOINS cost you around $13.40, and the rest is yours.
Seven, and the guest picks from the ones you enable for that event. The two bases included cover the single portrait, 4 × 6", and the couple portrait, 6 × 8".
Three years, and what matters is what it covers. For all three you don't have to prove the fault was there from the start, and it applies the same if you buy as a business. International shipping for a repair is paid by the buyer outside the European Union. It's written into the Terms and Conditions, with its date and its version.
No. It arrives assembled and configured. Plug it in, create the event from your phone and put the QR where people can see it. Setting up takes about ten minutes.
Yes. Every drawing arm speaks G-code, so PictiaX® runs on a range of models. Write to us and we'll quote you for the software on its own.
We write to you to book the setup session, and PictiaX® Academy is waiting in your account: express training, ten short lessons, and by the end your first event is built.
Tell us what events you run and we'll tell you the price, the lead time and whether it fits.
